There are so many different avenues in which to enjoy NFT collecting. For simplicity sake, we break it down into two main categories, utlity and curation.

Utility

Many NFT projects offer some sort of utility to those who have minted from them or  purchased an NFT from the collection on the secondary market. It can be as simple as airdrops of more NFTs to access to events, digital or irl. It is entirely up to the artist and devlopers on a project to decide what value their collection offers holders.

Curation

This is where taste and a passion for collecting takeover. This is where NFT art has mimiced the art world. One can chase popular projects, holding for status, or one can simply collect art that brings joy.
